The Map tab within Audit Job Details provides a visual, geographic overview of all venues in the audit job and their completion status. This view is useful for understanding geographic coverage, identifying regional patterns in completion rates, and monitoring progress across distributed sites at a glance.

Venues are color-coded by completion status, making it easy to see which areas have completed work and which still have outstanding checklists. The map can be filtered by auditor to view individual workloads and geographic assignments.

Using This View

The Map tab is a visualization tool for oversight and analysis.

Use it to:

  • Monitor geographic progress across the audit job (are certain regions lagging?)
  • Identify clusters of incomplete work that may need attention
  • Verify auditors are assigned to logical geographic areas
  • Spot patterns in completion rates by location
  • Get a quick visual sense of overall job progress without reviewing individual venue lists
  • Share progress updates with stakeholders who prefer visual representations over data tables

Venue markers

Each venue appears as a pin on the map. Pin color indicates completion status:

  • Grey: Venue has incomplete checklists. One or more assigned checklists remain unfinished.
  • Green: Venue has all checklists completed. All assigned work at this site is done.

This color coding provides instant visual feedback on progress across the job's geographic footprint.

Auditor Filter

All Auditors dropdown

By default, shows all venues in the audit job regardless of assigned auditor. Select a specific auditor's name from the dropdown to filter the map to show only venues assigned to that auditor. Useful for:

  • Reviewing an individual auditor's geographic coverage and workload
  • Checking whether work is distributed logically by region
  • Identifying travel efficiency issues (e.g., one auditor assigned to widely scattered sites)
  • Monitoring progress within a specific auditor's area of responsibility
