The auditors tab within audit job details tracks auditor performance and workload distribution across the audit job. This is where managers monitor which auditors are assigned to which venues, how much progress they've made, and how their scores compare. The page provides visibility into individual auditor performance and allows quick access to see exactly which venues each auditor is responsible for.

This view is useful for identifying bottlenecks (auditors with high incomplete rates), spotting performance anomalies (unusually high or low scores), and ensuring work is distributed appropriately across the team.

Using This View

This page doesn't offer direct assignment or editing. Those actions happen on the Venues tab. Instead, it provides oversight. Use it to:

  • Compare performance across auditors to identify high and low performers
  • Check completion rates to ensure work is progressing on schedule
  • Identify auditors who may be overloaded (high venue counts with low completion rates)
  • Spot scoring inconsistencies that may require calibration or training
  • Access individual auditor's venue lists to investigate specific issues or bottlenecks

Auditor Performance List

The page displays all auditors assigned to this audit job. Each auditor row shows:

Total venues assigned

The number of venues this auditor is responsible for within this audit job. Shows workload distribution across the team.

Venues with all checklists completed

The number of venues where this auditor has completed every assigned checklist. Indicates completed work.

Venues with all checklists incomplete

The number of venues where this auditor has not yet completed all assigned checklists. May include venues where some checklists are done but not all, or venues where no checklists have been started. Indicates outstanding work.

Completion rate percentage

The percentage of this auditor's assigned venues that have reached Complete status (all checklists finished). Provides a quick comparison of progress across auditors. A low completion rate may indicate the auditor needs more time, has encountered issues, or requires support.

Average score

The mean score across all completed checklists submitted by this auditor. Useful for spotting performance anomalies - auditors scoring significantly higher or lower than the team average may warrant investigation. Could indicate inconsistent interpretation of standards, training needs, or genuine differences in venue quality across assigned areas.

View Venues

Click View Venues to see a detailed list of all venues assigned to a specific auditor. Shows which sites they're responsible for, completion status for each venue, and which checklists are assigned. Useful for drilling down into an individual auditor's workload and identifying specific incomplete venues.
