The Reports tab within Audit Job Details provides access to all completed audit reports for this specific job. This is where managers review findings, check scores, and access the detailed results from individual venue inspections. Each report represents a completed checklist submission from an auditor in the field.
The page offers multiple ways to filter and search the report list - by venue, auditor, checklist type, or geographic location - making it easy to find specific reports or analyze patterns across subsets of the data.
Using This View
The Reports tab is primarily for review and analysis rather than action. Use it to:
- Access completed inspection data and findings
- Compare scores across venues, auditors, or checklist types
- Identify patterns or anomalies in the data
- Follow up on specific venues or auditors
- Export or reference specific reports using their unique reference numbers
- Review evidence (photos, notes) captured during inspections
Filtering and Search
Search venues
Click Search venues and type a venue name or location to find reports for a specific site. Useful when following up on a particular venue or comparing multiple inspections of the same location over time.
All Auditors dropdown
Filters the report list to show only reports completed by a specific auditor. Use this to review one auditor's work, check their scoring consistency, or investigate performance concerns.
All Checklists dropdown
Filters reports by checklist type. Shows only reports using the selected checklist. Useful for comparing results across venues using the same assessment criteria, or for analyzing performance on specific audit types (e.g. accessibility audits vs. hygiene audits).
Click to select location
Opens a map interface to filter reports by geographic area. Click a location on the map to drop a pin, then set a radius to find all reports within that distance. Use + to zoom in, - to zoom out. Click and hold to move the map. Useful for regional analysis or comparing performance across geographic areas.
Report List
Audit Reports displays all completed audit results and findings for this audit job. Each row shows:
Venue name
The site where the audit was conducted. Reports include a unique reference number displayed beneath the venue name. This reference can be used for record-keeping, filing systems, or cross-referencing with external documentation.
Auditor
The person who completed the inspection. Links the report to individual auditor performance.
Checklist
The checklist that was used for this inspection. Multiple reports may exist for the same venue if multiple checklists were assigned or if the venue has been inspected multiple times.
Score
The overall score achieved in this inspection. Scores can be compared across venues, auditors, or time periods to identify trends, anomalies, or areas requiring attention.
Completion date and time
When the auditor submitted the completed checklist. Useful for tracking inspection timing, understanding delays, or verifying that work was completed within target windows.
View button
Click View to open the full report and see detailed results. This shows all questions, answers, scores, photos, voice notes, and any other data captured during the inspection. The detailed view is where the actual findings and evidence are reviewed.
